We’re built on trust, honesty, and community.
Rob founded Mid Suffolk Cesspool & Rooter Service in 1990 with a simple philosophy: treat every customer like a neighbor. No salesmen, no gimmicks — just honest work from someone who takes personal pride in every job.
Over 35 years later, that commitment hasn’t changed. Most of our business still comes from referrals — homeowners and business owners across Suffolk County who trust us with something as important as their home’s septic system. That trust isn’t something we take lightly.
Whether you’re a new homeowner needing an inspection or a longtime customer with a routine pumping, you’ll always get Rob’s personal attention, straight answers, and the same care he’d give his own home.

What Our Customers Say
Built on Recommendation
Our reputation isn’t built on ads, it’s built on the words of Suffolk County homeowners who’ve trusted us for decades.
Great service! We had an issue on July 3rd, discovering that our cesspool was full and needed servicing. Rob was great on the phone and with communication. Rob was able to come out that day and take care of our issue. Service was friendly, quick, reasonably priced, and most importantly, thorough. THANKS!
Rob has to be the hardest working person i know in this business. he was recommended to me and showed up on time and was able to clean out the septic tank and extended clean out pipe to the surface. he did this work all by himself. what a guy. very reasonable price. great service. would highly recommend
Hired Mid Suffolk to service my septic system. They did a great job and were super responsive, very communicative and fairly priced. They came back on a moment's notice when I had a drainage problem that other contractors incorrectly attributed to the septic system, and they nevertheless solved the problem that was not their responsibility, which the other contractors could not figure out. Highly recommended!
